BREAKING: Oregon Elementary School Shooter Dead; Hero Dad Takes Down Gunman; 3 Killed...

A shooting at an elementary school in Bend, Oregon has left four people dead, including three children and a teacher. The 16-year-old suspect, a former student at Silver Rail Elementary, was killed by an armed bystander who intervened during the attack. Police say the shooter used a shotgun that his mother had purchased, and fired roughly 15 rounds before being stopped. The incident occurred in a special needs classroom at the school. Authorities have not yet disclosed a motive for the attack. The intervention by the bystander—a parent whose children attend the school—appears to have prevented further casualties, as dozens of rounds of ammunition remained at the scene.
