CARROT TOP HOSPITALIZED: Comedian Released After Suicide Attempt, 'Doing Well'...

Carrot Top, the prop-comedy veteran known for his high-energy Las Vegas performances, was hospitalized following a suicide attempt but has since been released and is reported to be in stable condition. The comedian, whose real name is Scott Thompson, built a decades-long career performing at the Luxor casino, where his act of physical humor and elaborate visual gags made him a fixture of the Strip. His hospitalization marks a rare public health crisis for the performer, who had largely maintained privacy around personal matters throughout his career.
