JETS BUST BOUNCES BACK: Becton Signs With Packers After Draft Disaster...

Mekhi Becton, the Jets' 2020 first-round pick at tackle, is joining the Packers after his New York tenure dissolved into injury problems and inconsistency. The 6-foot-7 lineman never developed into the franchise cornerstone New York hoped for when selecting him eleventh overall, struggling with availability and performance that turned him into a cautionary tale of early draft optimism. Green Bay, searching for offensive line help, is betting it can revive his career as a depth piece or potential starter.
