TRUE DETECTIVE 5: Banderas Joins Cage for HBO's Next Season

Spanish actor Antonio Banderas has signed on to star alongside Nicolas Cage in the fifth season of HBO's "True Detective," the crime anthology series that launched in 2014 with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson. The pairing marks a significant casting move for the show's next chapter, which will feature Cage and Banderas in lead roles as the series continues its pattern of rotating leads and standalone storylines across seasons.
